Swinton 10 Mile Road Race

The club had traditionally ran the Swinton Half Marathon at the end of September, but growing concerns over runners safety at several road junctions led to the Half being replaced by this 10 Mile Road Race.
The course was based on two laps of the City of Salford Womens Run which the club also organises.

The route as been accurately measured by BAF (British Athletics Federation) at 10miles and is recognised by the British Association of Road Races (BARR).
